First: Al-Ma'az of Lebanon for Electricity and Lifts:  

This company is specialized in manufacturing modern lifts to the Italian standards in all sizes and for lifting loads, people, and cars.

Here is some general information on Delta Traction Lifts:  

Types of Lifts:  

1.  Ordinary mono-speed lifts that work at request by one button press.

    Speed = 65cm/s, Load = 325 kg i.e. 4 persons. Motor = 5  horsepower.

2. Ordinary dual-speed lifts working at request by one button press.

    Speed = 65 - 100cm/s, Load = 325 - 640 kg i.e. 4 - 8 persons.

    Motor = 5.5 - 9 horsepower.

3. Dual-speed lifts with storage of requests in down collective troll, where it responds to

   external requests during operation.

    Speed = 80 - 250 cm/s, Load = 400 - 640 kg i.e. 5 - 8 persons.

    Motor = 6 - 9 horsepower.

4. Dual-speed Duplex lifts which is constituted of two lifts operating on single press of a

    button. The closer lift reaches first to the floor where the button was pressed.

    As well as lifts which operate by Triplex/Quadroplex systems.They respond to external

    single press of a button and the closer lift moves first to the destination floor.

    Speed = 100-300cm/s, Load = 400 - 1000 kg i.e. 5 - 12 persons. 

    Motor = 6 - 13 horsepower. 

Doors:  

1. Swing doors usually open to the right or left. Standard opening size is 200cm Height x

    70 cm Width or 200 cm H x 80 cm We with  exceptions for some hospital loading lifts

    or as requested by stomers. 

    They are called 'half-automatic lifts' because they close automatically and open 

     manually.

2. Automatic doors which are either side or central opening. Standard opening size is: 200

    cm H x 80m W or as requested.   

Parachute:  

Or speed wheel operating on centrifugal force which stops the lift when it goes down at more than the usual speed (10% more). This system is linked with steel brakes tied to the steel cables which operates by dragging brake arms and lowering the speed.  

 Control:  

Divided into two parts:

1. Electromagnetic control which operates by ordinary relays.

2. Microprocessor control which operates by electronic control via computer microprocessor.

Electromagnetic control is usually used in ordinary mono- and dual speed lifts, whereas 

microprocessor control is used in other ypes of lifts.
