· Publication of Yemen Encyclopedia.

· A public library for free reading.

· Spread qualitative cultural production.

· Activating the cultural life through holding various cultural activities every Tuesday.

· Administrative support represented in providing headquarters and services of printing, alignment, telephone, fax and P.O. Box for a number of associations such as:

- The National Association for fighting Qat damages.

- Yemen Association for Water Protection.

- Yemen Cancer Fight Association.
